[iPAQ] help me

Hi I have a big problem

While upgrading bios to my ipaq something is gone wrong and the process
first time stops and then is gone ahead for a while. But now my ipaq start
whiy red white initial page and then stops. There is something that I can do
now or I have another cheap object to place in my desk with no utils?
