[iPAQ] help please help

I am not verry good with linux and my brother thought that he was good
with linux and also thought that he was doing me a favor and installed
linux on a work issued ipaq 3635 but the problem is now I have been
premoted and I am required to turn this ipaq back in and thay want it
just how it was issued to me but I can not get windows ce back on it
 
I have a cf card and a usb cradle I have the windows ce image that
bootblaster made for me I have the bootloader that it tells you to use
and it has the newest version of familor
 
Any thing that you can tell me to help with this would be of great help
