[iPAQ] Battery Problems

I have an IPAQ 5500 with 2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh36 and opie 1.1.6. Everthing is
fine, but suddenly the behaviour of the battery applet is different. The
battery is fully charged (applet 100%, and the orange light stops flashing)
but if I removed the IPAQ from the cradel the battery-time-remaining is only
between 10 to 13 min. After 13 min the applet says to me the battery is empty
but I can use the IPAQ about 2 more houres with full backlight.

So what is wrong? The applet or is my battery broken? (I bought the IPAQ 1
month ago)

If the applet is wrong, what can I do to fix it.

Here is the output from /proc/asic/battery
