[iPAQ] Need help

I keep seeing this comment about how Compaq CRL will fix my IPAQ.

How do I go about getting this done.

Compaq CRL (Cambridge Research Lab) will fix any units that fail to
restore properly, but we would like to avoid problems rather than
correcting them afterwards.
