[iPAQ] DEAD IPAQ

I have a Compaq H3600 that will not boot up. It has a screen with a picture
of a hand pulling a unit out a case with p1.07 over 1.87 in the bottom right
corner. Is this thing toast? Or is there something I can do to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
