No. It usually takes a while, but not nearly so long. I haven't timed
it, but I'd guess between 10 minutes and half an hour. While uploading
the file, minicom (my sucky terminal program, as compared with for
example Term for the Amiga) displays the progress in bytes. If yours do,
that'd be a way of seing how far it has gotten.
