[iPAQ] Can I make my H3900 eCos port public ?

I have used some h3900 headers and a bit of code to get eCos and
Redboot running on the h38xx, h3900 ipaqs. From what I have read this
could be a GPL violation. I would like to update iPAQ support in
Redboot/eCOS without offending anyone.
