[iPAQ] Opie doubts

I just install Opie in my ipaq h3950. It was really fun. I have a doubt
here, I want to update opie with the commands

ipkg update && ipkg upgrade

and I have the folling errors:

ipkg update
wget: Temporary failure in name resolution: Connection refused
ipkg_download: ERROR: Command failed with return value 1: `wget
