[iPAQ] Where do I send my IPAQ to get it restored the way it should be with Win CE?

I cannot find an actual address on the web site that gives exact
information. I bought this IPAQ from an associate with Linux already on
it and found over the next month how much LINUX saps the battery on that
model. I since had put WinCE over the ARM bootloader but found problems
operating that way.

Since then, I found cause to try to see if subsequent Familiar dist had
solved the battery drain issue and it appears not, however I can no
longer find and do the binary transfer of WinCE image file, and would
really rather the original boot loader were back on it. Who can do that
and would it cost anything?
