[iPAQ] Problem after erasing flash ipaq3950

I tried to install new bootloader with bootblaster3900-exe (I did the
backup of wince.gz asset.gz and oldbootldr.gz); then I did a mistake and
clicked Program>Erase Flash. After that I am not more able to recharge
the batteries from the cradle or by the direct cable. I don't manage to
power up the ipaq 3950. Is there someone who can help me?
