[iPAQ] Ipaq 3950 restoration problem

I wonder if you can help!
When I backed up my ipaq 3950 ppc2002 wince_image.gz the file was fine
nothing wrong. But now that I'm trying to reinstall the process fails
telling me that the 'img_size is too large for region: 01F80000' after
verification ? Do you have any ideas?
