[iPAQ] Restore Wince on H3970

Hallo,

I have a problem to restore Wince on my IPAQ 3970.

I have restored from my Backup wince.gz and booted up PocketPC. I have
successfully verified the Restoration. But wenn I run PocketPC, I can not
use Battery (cannot charging, no yellow blink) and I can not turn on the
Bluetooth.

I also resotred the original boot loader. The problem is the same.

Any suggestion?
