[iPAQ] can not detect expension battery (H3850) ?

hey, I was trying to test a CF+ expension pack, when I try to plug the
expension pack to my ipaq, nothing happen, so I am wondering that I should
do a hard reset incase to make that working, so I did hard reset, when I
recheck the battery setting, it still saying that no extend battery are
connected, anyone have any idea how could I make that CF+ expension pack
working ? Thanks.
