[iPAQ] Question about netfilter on ipaq h3870

I installed familiar-0.7.2 on my ipaq h3870, and then installed
iptables-modules_2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30_ipaqpxa, because I want to use
netfilter on my ipaq.
My question is:
After installing these, How can I setup needed environment for running
netfilter?
When I insert my module, the netfilter does'nt work.
