[iPAQ] GPRS connections

Hi everyone,
I have a GPRS cellphone, and I would estabilish an internet connection with
my HP IPAQ 1930 (via infrared port).
Can anyone help me?? GPRS provider has sent to me some configuration parameters,
like my username, the password and the telephone number, but when I try
to surf in internet, the following message appears: "the requested page
is not available" (for all addresses).

HELP!!!!
