I got that also, once each time. The first time I boot it (hard reset, then
enter ">boot"), it freezes, or at least waits too long for me. Then I hard
reset it again and this time it boots (still needs about 3min).
I got also a 5550, but with bootopie-build16. The difference is I don't get as
many messages as you have during the boot. I don't know if they are normal,
someone better than me may answer :)
for example I dont see :

My only suggestion is perhaps you havent waited enough time for it to boot, or
try to flash it again, maybe with another image, like opie ?
