Then are you sure your terminal software is set up properly on the PC?
Do you have the right port and speed (115200bps) and have you got BOTH
hardware and software handshaking turned OFF?

Yes it is. You just need to put a line with the correct information in
your reflash.ctl file and put the md5sum for your wince_image file in
md5sums (or maybe you can just use a .gz file, I can't remember). If
you look at the reflash.ctl and md5sums files from the Familiar tarball
you used you should be able to figure it out.
