[iPAQ] full and no room

Hi,

I finally got my ipaq hooked up to the net and I ran ipkg update and
ipkg upgrade.

Now I can't save pim information or add files/applications.

I can't run the apps on opie that will show me how much room I have. If
I do ls -l I don't see sizes?

How do I see what has eaten my space up.
Furthermore to use the ipaq must I get an expansion pack (ipaq 3635)?
