[iPAQ] help me please!

Hi, ipaq@handhelds.org:

         I've got a serials problem; I formatted the fresh rom under wince,
and then performed a soft reset without writing the bootloader(I backuped
the rom and the bootloader on the SD card). Now my 3970 starts with a black
screen with backlight on; is there anyway to restore my ipaq back to work,
wince or linux both are OK.

         I have a CF jack, a 1GB microdrive, a 32MB SD card;
