explanation is simple enough for me to explain here.
Your battery is completely discharged. You need to reset *while* the iPaq is
connected to the charger.
Some models didin't came with the adapter to connect the power supply directly
without needing the cradle. If you have one of this and need to place the iPaq
on the cradle for it to charge, then you can try to bend the tip on a paper clip
in a way that it allows you to press the reset button while placing it on the
charger.
