[iPAQ] Wake up iPAQ h3800 by toggling DCD pin

I am trying to program my iPAQ h3800 to wake up when the DCD pin is
toggled on the serial port. I am using kernel source version
2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30. In h3600.c, I added the following line to the
h3xxx_map_io() function:

PWER |= PWER_GPIO23;

I obviously have to do something else, because that didn't fix the
problem. Anyone who has done this, please help.
