[iPAQ] Second root partition on 5550.

I can't erase the second root partition (mtdblock2) on H5550,
I have 10 (ten) H5550 with the same problem.
I use the last kernel (hh36) and these instruction:

insmod mtdchar
eraseall /dev/mtd/2
..... at the end, I have this message:
eraseall: /dev/mtd/2: MTD Erase failure: Read-only file system

Please help me!
