[iPAQ] Problem during installing Familiar

Hello to all. I am trying to install Familiar on my Ipaq 3800. I chose
Familiar with GPE.

I am able to copy the zImage using ymodem without any errors.Finally after
the kernel has been copied i get a boot> prompt.

But when i type boot i get this error message:

If somebody has got similar errors and has found a way out, please
help.
