Hi Kleb,

I can't tell you what's happening, but can give a workaround which I have used
and reinstalled with successfully.

1) Get a copy of your "saved_boot" from the PocketPC directory, "\My
Documents", I seem to recall (just in case you ever want to use it again)

2) Go ahead and get into bootldr by pressing the reset button and the action
button at the same time.

3) Start your terminal program (Hyperterm or minicom) as instructed later in
the install instructions, and connect your PDA to the serial port.

4) Once you have your "boot>" prompt type help to see all of the commands
available. The one you want is "save all" - This will allow you to save a
binary copy of your PocketPC installation to your PC.

5) Once complete, continue with your installation.... ;-)
