[iPAQ] iPaq 3670 briked?

I bought a used iPaq 3670 but the secund day i used i had a big problem

My iPaq boots but when the compaq screen apears it says that there is a problem on a .exe file but today that does not apear only the compaq screen i have tried to reset it with the action presed but it apears a bird image

My iPaq had Pocket PC 2002 and i have a complete buckup image but i can restore it because my computer does not detect the divice
I have the usb conector and thats all

I hope to be able to repair my iPaq with your help
