[iPAQ] IPAQ 4350 Bluetooth at 9600 bps?

I’m a technophobe with an Ipaq 4350 that I’m trying to get to talk to a
serial device at 9600 bps via Bluetooth. Can the Ipaq be configured to do
this? If so, can I have 4 such serial devices communicating wirelessly,
simultaneously with the Ipaq?
