I've described the ram in previous postings. Forget the 'usable' figure.
I'm pretty sure that the 'missing' 11MB is what billOS uses once loaded.
The 64MB ram i described b4 is 2 x 256Mbit chips. ie. 2x256Mb = 512Mb ie.
512Mb / 8b = 64MB So perhaps the chip you are speaking of is the ROM
