The kernel version for your target is completely independent of the

I suggest you start with the existing ipaqpxa config and turn more
options on as necessary.

The SAMCOP USB block that you're referring to in h5000 is the host
controller, used only for the wifi interface. The USB peripheral
interface that's used to connect to a PC is in the pxa250; the mq1100
does provide one as well, but it's not connected to anything. I suspect
the same may be true in h2000.
