You won't be able to use HyperTerm over an IP connection -- it's for
serial connections. If you have a combined USB/serial cradle (or cable)
then you should be able to use the serial connection with HyperTerm
simultaneously and independently of the Ethernet-over-USB connection
using the Bahia driver (I think).
