[iPAQ] MMC driver development f. H3900 iPAQ difficult because of ASIC?

Hello,

I am trying to develop a MMC driver for the H3950 iPAQ. With my test driver
I can
communicate with the MMC controller but don't get a response by the FIFO
queue.

I was told that there is a H3900 specific ASIC which is handling the
communication with
the MMC instead of the built-in MMC controller. The controller were more or
less deactivated
(this would explain the trouble I have).
In addition, there were no specification for this ASIC available at the
moment.

Can anyone confirm that?
