[iPAQ] Ipaq 3955 Power Inactivation Software?

Are there any 3rd party softwares that make your power button inactive? I am
looking for software that requires you press 2-buttons at the same time to
power the unit on. I carry my Ipaq in a binder and it is always getting
turned on and locks up= totally dead battery. HELP?
