The Java package really needs to be updated to include this. Who's
responsible for the java1.3 package?

I would like to modify it so that it can be installed with an old version of
the libraries - the library incompatibility is apparently fixed in Java 1.4
but Blackdown haven't build it for the ARM architecture yet.
