[iPAQ] loading familiar on IPAQ

I followed instructions here:

I have installed parrot bootloader properly. Here's
where I get stopped. When I reboot the IPAQ, the
bootloader command line doesn't pop up. I tried to
connect to the IPAQ anyway, but hyperterminal tells me
another telephony device is using the connection, try
again after the other program completes. I tapped on
the menubar icon, and issued IPAQ's disconnect
command, but hyperterminal still gives same error.
 So I So I'm stopped at this instruction:

#14 To get to the bootldr's command line prompt
(boot>) and avoid booting Windows CE:
