Like the USB card readers, who fake "USB Storage Devices", all
xxx->PCCard adaptors fake an IDE device. You can use any filesystem you
want with a SD card in an SD->PCCard adaptor, the fs should be designed
for (IDE) block devices of cause.
But a journaling one is a bad idea, as the journal will hit the rewrite
limit of flash rather quickly.
