[iPAQ] Brick???

Hello, I'm trying to put the wince_img.gz back on my 3650, I've done it before, put the file has been moved around a bit.
Anyway, during the xmodem transfer, I got no errors. Once the transfer was done however, I got this:

This is all greek to me...I can't remember ever getting these before. I'm current;y trying again hoping it will work. What do I do if it doesn't>?
I'm assuming it's not safe to reboot the ipaq with this error...
