[iPAQ] parrot problem

This is the problem that is going on, my ipaq an 3630 does´t have any way
that i know to boot it, while i was trying to reload the OS i have an
electrical problem and the light went off, so i could´nt install the os,
now i can´t even get the parrot, what can i do to solve this problem,
