[iPAQ] Let's try to stop the duplicated effort on ports...

The primary goal of setting up the Handhelds Wiki has been to
improve inter-communication between developers. I believe that
currently there is quite a bit of duplicated effort in porting
going on. I would like to point out that we have had a page
setup for the cataloging of porting projects on the Wiki for a
while. I've done a little reorganization of that page and would
like to ask everyone to check that page when they want to port
something and add an entry if they start to port something new.
