[iPAQ] iPAQ 3970 initrd issue

Hello,

I'd like to test Linux on an iPAQ 3970, making as less modifications as
possible to the onboard flash. So I tried to dual boot with two (slightly)
different methods: "boot ide" and "boot vfat". In both cases, the kernel
said the initrd spread off the physical memory and panicked a bit later
because it couldn't mount the root fs. I always get the following kernel
message in the early boot process:

initrd (0x80200000 - 0x80410000) extends beyond physical memory - disabling
initrd

Where's the cause of the problem? bootldr? linux? some missing parameter?

bootldr version is:
