Lets start with the basics! It is very hard to create a paperweight. It
takes an extraordinary amount of effort on your part to do so! Over half of
the units sent to CRL for restoration come back to life with a simple reset.

So what model to you have???

What exactly happened????

Do you have an output that you can e-mail to us???
