[iPAQ] Opening app for Qtopia on iPAQ PROBLEM

Hello, I've got iPAQ H3870 + Qtopia 1.5.0 (Qt Embedded 2.3.3). I have my own
app that need to run on iPAQ. When I open the app, by click the icon,it do
nothing, then I open via Konsole, it said:
./Maa: relocation error: ./Maa:undefined symbol:__ 10QPEMenuBar P7QWidgetPCc

If I open via minicom that my iPAQ sync with my Laptop, it said:
Can not find font definition file /opt/QtPalmtop/lib/fonts/fontdir - is
$QTDIR set correctly?

I tried to export the new QTDIR = /opt/QtPalmtop but it still stuck.
Could you have anyway to deal with this? My openion, I think the problem
happens because of the fonts that it can not find(on Qtopia SDK, it has
folder /lib/fonts......) If my openion may right, can I use folder fonts on
Qtopia SDK (at /opt/Qtopia/sharp/lib/fonts -- /opt/Qtopia/sharp is the path
for making a compiling for using on PDA) and copy the folder on iPAQ?????
