No, it is sometimes useful to install 2.19.xx on strongarm machines as
well. There are some new features, and it does fix one suspend-related
problem on 38xx units.
Most of the people reporting suspend problems at the moment seem to be
on 36xx/37xx units, but I don't really know what is going on with those
issues.
