[iPAQ] cross compiler

Hello,

I'm looking for a ready to use cross-compiler. I found the SHARP one
which is available in RPM package (great I have RedHat!). It is for ARM
platform. Will the code generated is going to work for iPaq even if it's
dedicated to Sharp Zaurus?
