[iPAQ] writing video app for iPAQ and bluetooth

Dear ALL,

I am doing project on iPAQ running familar linux kernel 2.4.18 rmk 3
OPIE 0.9.1

I would like to ask 2 questions:

1) I found that someone has the folder called "pan" in /etc/bluetooth,

But I don't have, I need it to complete my project, would you mind give me some hints?

2) I would like to write an application whic hcan receive video data and display it in iPAQ familar, how can I start?
