[iPAQ] operation system lost...

Hi,

I have an Ipaq 3630 and I tried to upgrade it to ce 2002, but during the prosess did everything stop (hang up) and after that was the screen black.
Looks like it have lost its OS.
Is it any way I can bring my Ipaq back to work again??
Hope you can give me a good advise.
