[iPAQ] problem with libstdc++- libc6.1-2.so.3

Hi, I have iPAQ H3870 + Qtopia 1.5. I build my own apps, I compiled it by
using toolchain and Qtopia 1.5 SDK (I d/l it from trolltech.com). I've got
.ipk and when I installed and opened the app, I can't find libstdc++-
libc6.1-2.so.3. So, I grabbed the gcc.cramfs at
http://home.arcor.de/xavierxeon/devel/gcc.html

this site, it said to add command like this at shell prompt:

# mount -t cramfs -o loop gcc.cramfs /gccmountpoint

I tried it but this comment appeared:

mount : could not find any device /dev/loop #

and it stucks......I don't know how to do next... Please help me
