I initially started with bootldr-2.18.01.bin later I updated to
bootldr-2.18.54.bin and even later (oh no, probably that was my fault?) I updated to
bootldr-2.19.55.bin.

So can it be, that this very new bootloader 2.19.55 has to do something with
my problem?

Anyway I retored my asset partition from an backup and now it shows a proper
Model name in the Compaq Rom Update. So I used ROM Update to restore wince
and that worked, but still, I wont charge and does not recognize the battery.
