[iPAQ] How do you post a question? (looking for command-line email and sendmail for ipaq)

I want to post a question...but don't know how?

I am looking for a command-line email program and/or sendmail daemon of
sometype to send emails from my familiar ipaq via scripts.

Any thoughts?
