[iPAQ] error message

Hi,
    I got this message trying to re-flash my bootloader because I want
to upgrade kernels, and wipe the slate clean. What does it mean, and
how can I load the recomdended bootldr? Thank you very much! It also
does not let me follow the instructions on the html faq. it responds :

boot> load params

I used the bootloader "bootldr-0000-2.14.15" from the html update page,
the size was 102kb,
and the md5sum was : 061c0df02325533c616610d774998ebf bootldr-0000-2.14.5.
