[iPAQ] SIR on 39xx (need hardware specs)

Hi, I did some minor fixing on pxa_ir.c and now loopback mode (at least
SIR) works well. But I cannot communicate with other IRDA devices. I
guess, by analogy with other IRDA devices (i.e. the one on stongarm
ipaqs), that I have tu turn on the transceiver. I peeked in .h files
under mach-pxa but didn't succed to find nothing apropriate. Is there
anyone that knows 39xx hardware who can help me? I could do some brute
force search, but if the transceiver is controlled via the asics I'm
toasted anyway :-/.
