I get that message also with other USB devices. I don't have idea what it
is but I suppose it's not harmful. Anyway yesterday I found a problem with
usb on opie (this maybe bothers other users of the 39xx). When I *start*
konqueror embedded (I verified from the syslogs that it happens when I
start it with *no* access to the net) the usb link is cut down (It gets a
reset interrupt). I guess this is caused by some messing with the GPIOs
but I didn't examined it further (it was late at nigh and it was snowing
heavly :-). I'll have a better look at this this weekend. I couldn't
reproduce the problem with hanging of my host when I disconnect the usb: I
have an armada m700 which uses uhci usb driver and I'm running kernel
2.4.18-17.8.0 on RHAT 8.0. The only patch in USB subsytem is the swap of
the endpoints in usbnet.c.
